JAMMU, Feb 24: A delegation of School Education Employees Coordination Committee (SEECC) and Jammu Kashmir Government Teachers Forum called on Director School Education Jammu and discussed with her urgent issues of the employees.
The main issues discussed were; strict implementation of transfer policy issued by the Education Department , detachment of all attached teaching and non teaching staff in all offices, adjustment of all surplus 650 Masters and 293 Lecturers on rational basis , conducting enquiry into diverting SSA head teachers salary to other head of 227 head teachers of Kathua and some in Samba for the month of Dec, 2017, Jan and Feb, 2018, releasing the salary of RAMSA teachers, DPC of all class IV and their confirmation etc.
The delegation led by SEECC State Chairman Amar Nath Thakur, requested the DSEJ to make sure that Lecturers serving in winter zone and have completed their stay, be transferred first and the promotee and surplus may be adjusted
Director Anuradha Gupta gave patient hearing to the delegation and said that no under stay transfer has been done of any cadre, except cases of medical or handicapped. She assured that cases of the Lecturers and Masters serving in winter and far flung areas would be considered on top priority as per transfer policy . She issued on spot directions to conduct enquiry of SSA head teachers salary diversion and informed the delegation that Secretary School Education had also sought the report in this regard. Director said that salary of RMSA teachers would be released by Monday to all CEOs as per requirement
Earlier Thakur had also apprised Secretary School Education Ajeet Kumar Sahu regarding the none joining of the clerical staff appointed in Hunan Resource Management (HRM) cell in the Civil Secretariat for regularizing all 8000 gazetted incharge cadres of the department.
