JAMMU, Dec 30: Secretary Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Sheetal Nanda, today reviewed the progress on the implementation of Mission Antyodaya (MA) Survey, People’s Plan Campaign (PPC), 14th FC and PMAY (G) in the five districts of Rajouri, Poonch, Doda, Kishtawar & Ramban of Jammu Division.
She also took a follow-up review of Jammu, Kathua, Samba, Udhampur and Reasi districts, held last week.
Among others, the meeting was attended by Director Rural Development Department, Sudershan Kumar; Director Panchayati Raj J&K, Mohammad Rafi, Assistant Commissioners Development (ACsD), District Panchayat Officers (DPOs), Block Development Officers (BDOs) and other senior officers and officials of the department.
The Secretary reviewed the progress on several parameters of PPC such as Gram Sabhas held, facilitation reports uploaded, PIBs installed and GPDP Plan uploaded on Plan Plus.
She instructed the DPOs to immediately complete and upload the pending requisite information regarding the same on GPDP portal. She further instructed the DPOs to immediately fill and upload Mission Antyodaya format as per the indicators of questionnaire.
Other issues related to PRIs – submission of UCs on account of funds released under RGSA for CB and training of Panchs, status of construction and renovation of Panchayat Bhawans, setting up of complaint boxes at existing Panchayat Ghars, registration of DSCs on PRIASoft and status of payments through PRIASoft were deliberated upon in the meeting.
The Secretary enjoined upon the officers to meet the deadline set for uploading the various indicators on the web portal for smooth planning, executions and monitoring of the schemes.
She also sought the progress on the construction & renovation of Panchayat Ghars, besides seeking the status of the submission of copies of Panchayat resolutions for Biodiversity Management Committees.
She also took stock of physical and financial progress under PMAY (G) of each of the five districts and asked the concerned officers to complete construction of houses as per the allotted targets.
