SRINAGAR, Apr 20: The second batch of Kashmir ‘Top Gun’, an initiative of Army to train the aspiring youth of the Valley who wish to join Indian armed forces as officers, has concluded on April 15.
An Army spokesman said 15 youth, including boys and girls, under went over two weeks of training which started on March 18.
“A series of motivation talks and lectures were delivered by Army officers in various schools and colleges across the Valley to educate, motivate and identify suitable aspiring youth for the Top Gun project,” the spokesman said.
The next batch under the project Kashmir Top Gun is scheduled to start around last week of June 2014. Interested youth can contact nearest Army Camp or may contact on tele No 0194-2468088, the spokesman said.
