JAMMU, June 5: Superintending Engineer, PHE Mechanical today assured the residents of Patoli Brahmana that water supply will be restored by tomorrow.
The SE visited the area today along with Executive Engineer PHE Division Third and other engineering staff to look into the problem of the people who are without water supply for last seven days due to breakdown of tube wells which has generated a lot of public resentment.
To avert the crisis the SE visited the area and gave instructions to subordinate engineers and staff to take immediate steps in restoring the tube well so that the water supply is resumed by tomorrow morning. The residents have warned to come to streets in case the water supply was not restored by tomorrow as they were put to many hardships due to water scarcity in this sweltering summer heat.
