SD Sabha to constitute new body after Janamashtmi

POONCH, July 13: On the completion of two years tenure of District Sanatan Dharam Sabha, Satish Sassan, President of the Sabha highlighted the achievements of the Sabha.
Addressing the media persons, Sassan said that the people belonging to Sanatan Dharam had elected the existing Sabha with huge margin on July 2, 2014 and the Sabha worked whole heartedly to come to the expectations of the general Public.
“The Sabha had started the construction work of the Shri Krishan Temple and the main Hall (which suffered damages during the 2005 earthquake) within month of taking the charge of the Sabha which (Temple and Hall) have been constructed with the expenditure of crores of Rupees”, he added.
He said that the Sabha also managed to upgrade the existing SD Sabha High School to high standard.
Sanjeev Sharma, Senior member said, “Sanatan Community had elected us for only two years as per the constitution of the sabha which we have completed successfully and it is our moral responsibility to go for new elections”.
“The Construction work of the building and Shri Krishna Temple is near completion and hopefully will be completed before Shri Krishna Janamashtmi this year and we (sabha) want to go for fresh elections for smooth functioning of the Sabha”, he added.
He asked the people to cooperate with the existing Sabha till Shri Krishan Janamashtmi.
The Sabha members unanimously disclosed that tenure of the Sabha has completed and new body would be constituted after Shri Krishan Janamashtmi.
Ramesh Bali, Devinder Sharma, Bal Krishan Sharma, Baghat Raj, Dev Dutt Sharma, Manik Chand and Kheterpal Sharma also spoke on the occasion.
