JAMMU, Nov 2: 43rd Jawaharlal Nehru National Science, Mathematics and Environment Exhibition 2016 for children at cluster level, was held today at Kendriya Vidyalaya Number 1, Gandhi Nagar.
D R Meena , Assistant Commissioner KVS (JR), Jammu , inaugurated the exhibition. He beautifully co-related Science with spiritually and emphasized the need to develop scientific temper.
About 100 children from nine Kendriya Vidyalayas of Jammu Cluster participated in this exhibition.
The program started with a rousing welcome, accorded to the chief guest and the judges who were prominent professors from Jammu University and colleges. It was followed by lighting of the ceremonial lamp, Saraswati Vandana and a welcome song. T R Choudhary, Principal KV-1 Jammu, presented formal welcome address.
Vote of thanks was presented by Dr Dwivedy, Vice Principal KV- 1 Jammu. The programme was anchored by .Princy Bhat (PGT-Eng) KV- 1 Jammu.
