UDHAMPUR, Nov 19: Acting on the direction of Director School Education Jammu A R Inqulabi, a team of Education Department today seized all the school record of Government Higher Secondary School Pancheri.
The seized record included Service Books of all the staff members, cash books viz. SIF, Printing Fund, Examination Fund of all classes, Social Activity Fund, Mutual Benefit Fund, Library Fund, both refundable and non refundable, GIR, Games Fund and other funds. PS copies of attendance register for the year 2014 were also seized by the team, which was assisted by Police.
The action was taken on some complains, received and forwarded by Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, against the school Principal, who was allegedly harassing the staff members and teachers for no reasons.
Secretary School Education took cognizance of the complaints and forwarded the matter to Direction School Education for an inquiry.
