JAMMU, Nov 30: School Education Officers have alleged that they have suffered very badly without their regularisation as Head Master etc since 2012.
In a press conference here today Roop Lal, Coordinator of School Education Officer Association said that there are 8000 in-charge gazetted officers of which over 2500 have superannuated and hundreds expired without confirmation while many are at the verge of retirement.
The Government has issued orders for backlog and fresh regularisation of each gazetted category without referring the cases to the JKPSC/DPC for one time exemption.
The Association hailed the decision and appealed to G.C Murmu, Lieutenant Governor of J&K Union Territory; K.K Sharma, Advisor to the LG; Chief Secretary and others to regularise all In-charge Gazetted Officers on priority.
Dalbir Singh, Mohan Singh, Bhupinder Shastri, P.L Dubey and others were also present on the occasion.
