School education non-teaching employees call on DSEJ

JAMMU, June 5: Members of All J&K School Education Non-Teaching Employees Forum, Jammu, under the leadership of Bharat Bhushan Kotwal, called on Director School Education, Jammu Ravinder Singh and highlighted their long pending demands.
The delegation discussed the demands like pending DPC of Junior Assistants, Senior Assistants and Head Assistants besides regularization of Incharge Head Assistants, promotion of Head Assistants to Section Officers, Junior Assistants to Senior Assistants and Senior Assistants to Head Assistants, creation of a cell in Directorate for timely conduct of DPC of all cadres, removal of discrepancies in the order issued vide No. DSEJ/NG/8679-86 Dated: 19.05.2016 in respect of regularization of I/c Head Assistant, regularization of dropout cases of Section Officers and I/c Head Assistants, regularization of Class-IV placed in their own pay and grade as Junior Assistants, Lab Assistants, creation of Non-Teaching staff in 44 Non NES Zones, creation of Non-Teaching (Clerical) staff under RMSA Schemes and providing of infrastructure in field offices.
The Director gave patient hearing to the delegation and assured to take all measures for the welfare of all its employees and also to address the long pending demands of Non-teaching employees at the earliest.
