NEW DELHI: SC to hear on Sept 4, plea by 300 Army men challenging lodging of FIR against them for operations in areas where AFSPA is in force.
The plea by Army men has to go before same bench which had passed 2017 order, says Justice Madan B Lokur. (AGENCIES)
