SRINAGAR, June 7: In an endeavour to ascertain successful running of units, financed by the J&K Scheduled Castes,Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes Development Corporation in the financial year 2018-19, a team constituted by the management of the Corporation comprising of its Administrative Officer and Supervisor Technical alongwith the District Manager,Srinagar monitored a number of units in various areas of Srinagar.
These units were financed to the target group of the Corporation comprising Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, Minorities, Handicapped and Safai Karamcharis in collaboration with Apex Corporations in the current financial year 2018-19. The units were set up for income generating for a respectable living.
The team besides encouraging the beneficiaries for timely repayment of their loans, asked them to make other people of the target group to come forward and to avail loans facilities through the Corporation at nominal rates of interest for their socio-economic upliftment.
