CHENNAI, Sept 23: Sundaram Business Services Limited (SBS), the BPO subsidiary of Sundaram Finance Limited, today announced that it would increase its head count in 12 months by hiring another 150 people in the accounting space.
“The company, which employs over 1100 people, will be hiring another 150 people, in the accounting space for its BPO facilities in Chennai and Mumbai over the next 12 months”, a company release said.
It said SBS has also bagged five Outsourcing deals for Accounts Payable, from companies in India and Australia.
The company offers end to end Accounts Payable processing, which includes processing and summarising payments to vendors, as well as employee expense reimbursements.
The Accounts Payable practice of Sundaram Business Services currently handles over three lakhs transactions annually.
“Over the next 12 months, the company is targeting to add six to eight new customers for its Accounts Payable offering that will involve handling at least an additional 100,000 transactions annually”, the release said. (UNI)
