JAMMU, Feb 3: SBI presented a cheque of Rs 30 lakh to the nominee Trishla Devi, mother of Naik Romesh Lal S/o Prem Nath of Vijaypur who died in an accident.
The cheque was presented by SBI DGM (B&O) J&K Module, Ajitav Parashar in presence of AGM SME Vinod Dhar and Branch Manager, SBI Vijaypur, Radhika Nayyar.
SBI’s Defence Salary Package (DySP) and Central Armed Police Salary Package (CAPSP) is specially designed salary product that caters to the needs and requirements of Defence and Central armed police personnel.
It has many features that include inbuilt Personal Accidental Insurance and Air Accidental Insurance with cover of Rs 30 lakh and Rs 1 crore respectively.
A handout of SBI stated that this is one of the many initiatives taken by SBI to provide financial stability to the families of deceased Defence and Central armed police personnel.
On this occasion Trishla Devi thanked SBI officials for their customer services and professionalism in settlement of the claim amount.
