JAMMU, June 4: State Bank of India (SBI) Zonal Office Jammu today donated 128 PPE kits and 500 N-95 masks to Government Hospital, Gandhi Nagar, which is a dedicated COVID-19 Hospital.
A team of bank officials led by Gurdeep Singh (Regional Manager, SBI, Zonal Office Jammu), Sanjeev Bagati (Chief Manager, SBI Jammu), Deepak Sharma (Branch Manager, SBI Jammu), Charanjeet Singh (Deputy Manager, Jammu) visited the hospital and handed over the PPE kits and masks to Dr LD Bhagat, Medical Superintendent of the hospital.
Dr Perupkar Singh, Deputy Medical Superintendent and Dr Vinay Chib, Medical Officer Stores, were also present on the occasion.
Gurdeep Singh, while speaking on the occasion, said that they are always ready to extend any type of support to the doctors and paramedical staff of the hospital, as they are treating the COVID-19 positive patients while risking their own lives.
