JAMMU, Apr 23: Shri Bawa Bhair Devsthan Trust (SBBDT) today urged Lt Governor, Manoj Sinha for sanctioning a road project from Katal Battal to Devsathan which is pending with Govt since long for administrative approval under languish project.
Expressing concern over the project, the Trust president Balwant Singh said that despite repeated requests and reminders, nothing has been done so far. The pilgrims are facing problems due to absence of a proper macadamized road. “The Chief Engineer in his letter requested the Commission Secretary Public Works (R&B) for the sanctioning of the project but no action has been taken so far,” he said.
The issue came in the review meeting over the development projects undergoing at Devsthan wherein all the members of the Trust participated.
