JAMMU, Jan 27: A saw mill is operating illegally under the nose of concerned Forest officials at village Narrari Bala in Kali Dhar Range of Jammu Forest Division.
Reports said that the matter by a local social activist was reported to DFO Jammu, Conservator of Forests East Circle Jammu and even the CCF and PCCF but illegal operation of this mill is going on un-awaited. It said about three more such saw mills are operating illegally in this sub-division and the Department has failed to take action in this regard.
