JAMMU, Sept 2: Keeping the track of all developmental works in progress and for on spot redressal of Public grievances, BJP State president and MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) held Public Darbar at his office, Rehari Colony where he met dozens of people and officials from various government departments and took stock of ongoing developmental works which are in progress in Jammu West. Sharma also gave on spot redressal to the problems of masses who met him during the event. The officials of various departments including ERA, JMC, PDD  and other major departments were present on the occasion.
Sat Sharma later in  handout said  that the progress of ongoing works including laying of new water pipes by ERA in Jammu West were reviewed. This will improve the quality of drinking water. He said construction works of lanes and drains to be taken up in various wards of the Constituency and scenario of power supply in the Constituency and progress of various other works were also reviewed.
Delegations from various areas including Rehari Colony, Subash Nagar, Rajpura, Shakti Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Janipur, Talab Tillo, Paloura, Exchnage road and other localities also met Sharma in this context and apprised him of the problems being faced by them in their areas. Taking a quick action, Sharma asked the concerned officials to jot down the works and keep a track on them in order to provide best possible services and infrastructure to the masses.
He also stated it is his priority that no area in terms of development is left behind. He stressed upon promotion of sanitation drives in various areas of the Constituency and also sought help from people of the Constituency.
Executive Engineer ERA (Water) Manish Bhatt, Executive Engineer ERA (Sewerage) Rakesh Gupta, Executive Engineer JMC Parbodh Sharma, AEE Sanjeev Puri, JEs Vikas Mendi and Mr Chopra, BJP leaders Arvind Gupta, Ayodhya Gupta, Sanjay Khanna,  Jeet Angral, Prem Gupta, Sanjeev Sharma and others were present in the public darbar.
