Sat kickstarts developmental  works at Moga Mohalla

JAMMU, Nov 15:  Former Minister and MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) kickstarted works for construction of new lanes and drains at Moga Mohalla (Ward 28) area and also toured the adjoining areas along with officials of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) in order to take up further works in the area. A large number of people including JMC officials, local residents, political and social activists were also present.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that he is committed to provide basic level infrastructure to the residents of Jammu West and further it becomes the responsibility of the citizens to help in maintaining these things in the future by keeping their localities clean.
He said that the development level has been taken up to new heights in Jammu West and it will be seen that the pace of the all ongoing works are conducted in a more systematic and progressive way so that every nook and corner is covered in terms of development in Jammu west.
He also appealed the masses as well to maintain the cleanliness in their localities so that a clean Constituency could bloom as per the “Swach Bharat” dream of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
He also stated that hundreds of crores of rupees have been spent in the whole Constituency and more new projects are also in consideration for Jammu West Assembly Segment and they will be disclosed to public soon once they are approved by the Government and it will also help us in taking Jammu West to new heights of development.
Ward 28 Corporator Gourav, Chopra, Ex Engineer, Prabodh Sharma, AEE Ashok Sharma, JE BK Raina, Mandal vice president, Ravi Kant Sharma, Bal Kandhari, Pawan Sawhney, Tripta Jamwal, Kishore Kumar, Sikandar, Happy, Ajay, Deepak Seth, Prem Gupta, Rishi Kapoor, Lalit and several others were also present.
