KISHTWAR, May 20: Former Minister and Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Inderwal Ghulam Mohd Saroori laid foundation stone of ITI complex by Ever Green Institute at Chatroo.
Addressing the gathering, Saroori lauded the role of Chairman of the institute Jaffar Hussain Wani for playing vital role in spreading education in educationally backward area of Chatroo Tehsil. He said that with the opening of ITI at Chatroo, people will get trained in various skills.
He urged the local youths to enroll their names in the said ITI so that they can get job opportunities in upcoming power projects.
After completing the course, State Technical Board will issue the certificates to the eligible candidates.
Saroori was accompanied by ADC Rajesh Kumar Shavan, BDO Chatroo Seema Parihar, Tehsildar Chatroo Mohsin Ahanger, DySP Syed Majeed, Xen R&B Mohammad Ashraf Gilkar, Xen PMGSY Thusoo, Principle ITI Zahoor Mattoo, ZEO Chatroo Subash and other sectoral officer, Sarpanchs, Panchs and local people.
