Sanyasi’s book ‘Gah Te Gata’ released

JAMMU, May 4: Renowned poet and writer, Bal Krishan Sanyasi’s Kashmiri book ‘Gah Te Gata’ was released in an impressive and well attended function, organized by Naagrad Adbi Sangam at K L Saigal Hall, here today.
The function was presided over by M L Kanwal, while Aseer Kishtwari was the chief guest on the occasion and R L Shant was the guest of honour.
A K Naaz, president Naagrad presented welcome address, while Vijay Wali conducted the proceedings of the function.
Scholars Bimla Raina, Ramesh Hangloo, Prem Nath Shad, P N Koul Sayil and Dr R L Bhat expressed their views on the occasion, while prominent among those who were present included Jawahar Lal Saroor, Prof P N Trisal, Brij Nath Betab, Gokul Dembi, S N Sanam and Maharaj Krishan.
Galaxy of writers of different languages were present on the occasion. Two papers were read on this book by eminent scholars Prof Hira Lal Misri and Rattan Lal Jawhar.
The psychological orientation and human sensibilities present in Mr Sanyasi’s poetry was considered stylish and the book hit the stalls immediately after it was released.
It is pertinent to mention here that Mr Sanyasi has the honour of writing many books with regard to Kashmiri language and Kashmiriat before as well.
