KATHUA, Feb 25: Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation organized a blood donation camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Dyalachak.
During the camp, the volunteers donated 95 units of blood. The camp was inaugurated by Ajit Singh, Zonal Incharge Sant Nirankari Mandal. While speaking on the occasion, he appreciated blood donors for their priceless contribution for humanity and appealed to all to come forward for this noble cause. He said that service to mankind is service to God. He also highlighted the other social activities of Nirankari Mission and gave the message of True Master.
Other dignitaries, present on the occasion, included Dinesh Gupta, Honorary Secretary Indian Red Cross Society, Dr Kajal from Blood Bank Jammu, Dr S D Attri, Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Kathua, Dr Omkar Bhagat, BMO Hiranagar, Satish Virdi Sanyojak, Dinanath Mukhi, Satpal Khetrya Sanchalak and several prominent citizens of the town.
Rattan Chand Mukhi Dyalachak presented the vote of thanks.
The camp was held in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society, Blood Bank GMC Jammu, District Hospital Kathua and JKSACS.
