JAMMU, Sept 20: Toppling Samant Amla in two straight frames (2-0) by (44-31, 85-31) Sanand Sharma was among 15 cueists today to enter second round of the ongoing 22nd Jammu District Open Junior and Senior Billiards and Snooker Championship 2012, being organized by the J&K Billiards and Snooker Association (JKBSA) at Billiards Hall MA Stadium, here.
Earlier, in the first match played today, Abhi Gupta trounced Kunal Sharma by (86-19, 96-25) in two straight frames in an easy contest, while Kanav Manwa trounced Suryadev Singh in (2-1) frames by (25-50, 49-15, 51-47).

Sumit Sharma outplayed Sahiv Sharma 2-1(43-12, 45-50, 44-36), Gaurav Pandey drubbed Bharat 2-0 (54-23, 74-31), Shubham Badyal defeated Parth Vasudev 2-1(43-60, 79-46, 37-27), Agam Anand outclassed Aditya Kotwal 2-1 (33-56, 52-38, 53-46), Baban Rao got better of Manik Sharma 2-0 (66-49, 46-35), Sanjay Sharma outwitted Umang Sharma 2-1 (16-29, 67-13, 75-29).
