SRINAGAR, June 11: Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon will hold the charge of Vice -Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority in addition to his own duties, till Ms Salma Hamid resumes her duties after completion of the Phase III of the Mid Career Training programme.
An order to this effect was issued by General Administration Department (GAD) here today.
