SAMBA, Aug 4: District Police Samba has arrested a person from Teli Basti for black-marketing of domestic LPG cylinders in the jurisdiction of P/S Bari Brahmana and recovered 92 domestic LPG cylinders (44 filled and 48 empty).
Acting on the specific information, a police party of P/S Bari Brahmana headed by its SHO, Inspector, Darshan Singh under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana, Sunil Kesar conducted raid at Teli Basti, Bari Brahmana and recovered domestic 92 LPG Cylinder (44 filled and 48 empty) from the residence of one person, who use to sell the domestic cylinders to local public illegally for making illegitimate profits.
The accused identified as Arif Chandel, S/o Manzoor Ahmed R/O Telli Basti, Bari Brahmana has been arrested.
In this regard a case FIR No. 90/2109 U/S 285 RPC has been registered at P/S Bari Brahmana and started investigation.
