Salary hike

Sir,
No Government, whether in Centre or in our State of J&K, has ever thought that those working in private sectors  are also human beings.
Our Prime Minister has talked a lot about humanity, eradication of poverty, but he too has never thought about the private sector employees.
The salary of the Government employees is being increased according to hike in market, so they have no burden to pay. When the income of a person increases, he tends to spend more on things to fulfill his needs and to upgrade his status. Therefore, this will increase the demand of homes, automobiles, and consumer durable products. When the demand goes up, the prices rise. I am not against the salary hike  of a Government employee, as it is need of an hour, but want the Government to take private sector employee also into consideration while hiking the salary of Government employees. As we too are human beings.
The Government must think that the rates of essential commodities are sky high. We, the poor employees have to pay it from the same salary which is being paid by the employer. How shall we live and run a family, pay school fees of children etc. There are millions who work in the private sector and  their earnings stop when their job ceases to exist. It is this private sector which is the workforce of the economy and if they are not healthy it will affect the growth of the country. Government cannot have a partisan approach towards it’s workforce and stop treating private employees as stepchildren. The money that is being spent on Government employees is generated through taxes which is collected from all Indians, so why the extra benefits only to Government employees.
I appeal to the Government of India as well Jammu & Kashmir Government to look into the issues of private sector employees and save millions of lives from starvation.
Yours etc…..
