JAMMU, Mar 20: Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Mir Saifullah today reviewed the extension of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assistance and Enforcement of Security Interest (SRFAENI) Act-2002 to the State at a high level meeting of officers here this evening.
Advocate General, Mohammad Ishaq Qadri, Chairman & CEO, J&K Bank, Mushtaq Ahmad, Commissioner Secretary Revenue B. A. Runyal, Secretary Law, G. H. Tantray, Secretary Assembly Mohammad Ramzan, Secretary Legislative Council, Moham-mad Ashraf and Special Secretary Finance were present in the meeting.
The meeting discussed the issues regarding amendments of State laws in this regard.
