JAMMU, June 9: Pursuant to the orders issued by Ministry of Power, Government of India, R.S.T. Sai, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of THDC India Limited has taken over the additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director of NHPC Limited on June 8.
Mr Sai is an Electrical Engineering Graduate from NIT Warangal and is a fellow of Institution of Engineers. In addition, he has done Management Diploma from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore and also holds Degree in Law from Delhi University. He has varied experience in Banking, Finance, Commercial, EPC Contracting and Contract Management. Before joining THDC, Mr Sai has worked in SBI, NTPC, POWERGRID and Delhi Metro in various capacities.
