“We don’t want our children to do the same job as we are doing. We want to grow our children to become officers, which is the dream of every parent. But it is only possible when we will earn good money in shape of our wages. We think that Government doesn’t want our children to achieve some good things in life. Some of our colleague employees retired as casual labour and daily wagers. Some have lost their life and we are doing this dirtiest job of cleaning wastage from decades and we are waiting for our proper award in shape of regularization”, the members stated.
