KISHTWAR, May 9: The protest by safai karamcharies has entered second day here today.
Around 30 employees are sitting on dharna alleging that their service books have not been prepared for the past three years.
They also alleged that they are not getting their salaries in time as the funds meant for them are being used for clearing the bills of contractors.
Due to the strike by the safai karamcharies, dumps of garbage were seen across the district, which pose serious health hazard.
