Sadhotra to represent NC in ‘Virasat Bachao’ programme

JAMMU, Aug 28: Senior National Conference leader and former minister, Ajay Sadhotra will represent the J&K main opposition party in the second session of scheduled `Sanjhi Virasat Bachao’ programme by rebel JD (U) leader Sharad Yadav at New Delhi on August 30.
Congress, Samajwadi Party, DMK, TMC, BSP among 17 opposition parties are attending this `Sanjhi Virasat Bacaho’ (save composite culture) programme, which is seen as a protest against Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s decision to re-align with the BJP.
In the earlier session of this programme, held on August 17, Dr Farooq Abdullah had represented NC and addressed the gathering.
For the second session, National Conference has now deputed Ajay Sadhotra to represent the party in the mega event of opposition parties and plead the cause of saving composite culture of the country, which belongs to every Indian.
