JAMMU, Dec 29: Jammu based anti Arthritis herbal drug S Compound was granted country’s highest quality mark Ayush Standard Mark by Quality Council of India in joint collaboration with Ministry of Ayush for domestic market. The certificate which was received today has validity for three years. The anti arthritis drug was produced by Rahul Pharma, a GMP certified unit situated industrial area Gangyal Jammu unit.
Rahul Pharma was given national award as well as J&K Government Award for developing this scientifically tested evidence based Ayurvedic Drug S Compound. The research papers of the drug have been published in various national and international medical journals including catalogue under safety and efficacy published by Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences Ministry of Ayush Government of India and Sri Lanka Government has accorded S Compound status of prescription drug.
