SRINAGAR: In an unruly turn of event in the state Legislative Assembly which commenced here today to discuss resolution on Goods and Services Tax (GST), ruling Peoples Democratic Party lawmaker and Minister Imran Ansari accused National Conference (NC) MLA Devendra Singh Rana of indulging in shady businesses.
“I can lynch you here Rana, I know all your shady business,” Mr Ansari shouted at Mr Rana while the NC lawmaker was participating in the debate on GST on the first day of the four-day special session in the House.
As Mr Rana was putting across his point, Mr Ansari stood up and asked the NC lawmaker not to stop boasting about moral ground. The PDP Minister said that Mr Rana has already obtained the GST numbers for the businesses he owns, including Jamkash Vehicleades and Take one television. (AGENCIES)
