Srinagar, Apr 14: Senior Hurriyat leader and president Anjuman-e-Sharie- Shian Aga Syed Hassan Almosvi Alsafvi was detained today by the Income Tax Department at Srinagar airport.
Hurriyat leader, a resident of Budgam was detained by Income Tax Department along with cash of about Rs 14.5 lakh at Srinagar airport. He was on his way from Delhi to Srinagar. He has been asked to justify the amount, sources said.
