Road, drain inaugurated in Gadi Garh

JAMMU, Oct 4: Councillor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Prof. Yudhvir Singh of Ward 73 here today started road blacktopping work at Gadi Gargh.
The blacktopping work was finished today itself after which the road and newly constructed drain was inaugurated by the chief guest, S. Joginder Singh, Joint Registrar J&K High Court.
The road blacktopping and drain in the area was a long pending demand of resident of the area.
Speaking on the occasion the JMC Councillor hailed the officers of Engineering Division-IV of JMC for executing excellent work in the shortest possible time.
S. Gurdev Singh, S. Kuldeep Singh, S. Ajit Singh, Rashpal Chand, S. Dharamvir Singh-Contactor, S. Pritam Singh along with Ex-En Division-IV, Satish Langer and Vishal Kotwal, JE were also present on the occasion.
The project of road and drain in the area has been completed at an estimated cost of Rs. 10.44 lakh.
