Every Govt claims that a teacher is builder of Nation. In this connection the ground realities of 10+2 Cadre should be noted that they are highly qualified MA/ M.Sc /NET and Ph.D and got selected through PSC after tough competition. As of now a PSC selected Lecturer hardly gets one or two promotions during lengthy service and retires unregularised.
The second discrimination with 10+2 Lecturer is that the Highly Qualified Lecturers selected through P.S.C were placed under SRO-202 of 2015 which was announced for Non-Gazetted cadre only. What compelled the Govt of that time to apply SRO-202 to only one category of Gazetted officers selectively 10+2 Lecturers and their posting in Zone-III area schools is a mystery. It is easy to discriminate with Teachers Present Justice doing Governor Administration is requested to withdraw SRO-202 at once and bring all Gazetted Services under ACP Scheme in one order.
