JAMMU, June 6: The Finance Department of the State Government today accorded sanction to revised pay structure for the employees of Public Sector Undertakings as governed by Wage Committee Report (Rajan Committee).
However, the decision to sanction adoption of revised pay structure will be taken by the respective Board of Directors based on resources/financial position of the concerned PSUs.
The Finance Department has also approved fixation of pay and regulation of annual increments as per procedure prescribed under relevant provisions of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2018 notified vide SRO 193 of 2018 dated 24.4.2018.
