Sir,
The reservation policy was introduced in India with the noble purpose of helping the disadvantaged sections of society and although having various flaws it has greatly helped in reforming socio economic structure of society.
Reservation is needed for socially and economically weaker sections of society to take them along in the process of development but those who are economically well and already taken the benefits of reservation should be excluded. Recently the ugly face of reservation politics was seen in Haryana which led to loss of property and unnecessary hardships to public. It needs to be reviewed to bring all sections of society at a same level.
Yours etc..
Vijay Kumar and Subash Kumar,
Kishtwar
