JAMMU, June 30: State Accountability Commission (SAC) accorded a warm send off to its secretary Anita Koul, who attained superannuation today.
SAC Chairman Justice (Retd) Bashir Ahmad Khan along with member of SAC, Justice (Retd) B A Kirmani and other senior officials attended the farewell function. Justice Khan said Anita Koul played an important role in different capacities spanned over three decades. Justice Kirmani said it is matter of honour for any Government employees to reach superannuation without any blot or taint.
A farewell party was organized by the staff of Directorate of School Education Jammu to give warm send off to Sarojni Pandita, Head Assistant, who attained superannuation today. Al wished her a happy and healthy life after retirement.
Staff members of Zonal Police Headquarters Jammu gave a farewell party to ASI Prakash Chand, which was organized by IGP Jammu Zone, Danish Rana. The officer retired from service on superannuation after rendering over 37 years service. He joined police as constable and rose to the post of ASI by the dint of his hard work.
Department of Horticulture Jammu organized a simple but impressive function to bid farewell to Kewal Krishan, Senior Horticulture Technician, who attained superannuation after rendering 37 years service. Director Horticulture Jammu, Director Horticulture Kashmir, CHOs of Jammu and Rajouri besides other officers and officials of the department were present on the occasion.
A farewell function was organized to accord warm send off to three police officers/ officials of DPL Jammu, namely SI Daleep Kumar, ASI Santosh Kumar and Follower Payara Masih who retired on superannuation. SSP Jammu Dr Sunil Gupta, SP Headquarters Romesh Kotwal, DySP DAR Gourav Mahajan, RI Sohail Rashid and LO Ajay Singh were also present in the party held at DPL Jammu.
Four officers of District Police Samba attained superannuation after rendering more than 37 years services each. The retirees were SI Rajinder Singh, ASI Sewa Singh, ASI Puran Singh and ASI Kamer Singh. The farewell function was held at District Police Lines Samba wherein Rs 51000 were given to each retiring officer as retirement gift. The function was attended by SSP Samba Joginder Singh, Additional SP Adil Hamid, DySP DAR Karanveer Singh and other officers and officials of DPL Samba. SSP Samba congratulated all the retiring officers for successful completion of their services.
