JAMMU, July 6: Retired Officers Forum, Jammu in collaboration with officers of the State Bank of India, Wealth Branch, Bahu Plaza organized an awareness programme for the senior citizens and Forum members here today.
The awareness programme was held under the chairmanship of Forum president, I D Soni to aware public regarding new schemes/ incentives being provided by the benign institution.
Two SBI officers from Chandigarh and Bahu Plaza, Wealth Branch Jammu delivered lectures on various schemes beneficial for the senior citizens, followed by an interaction with the participants.
Soni, Forum president briefed the gathering about the activities being under taken by the Forum for the last 22 years, without any financial help from any public/ private institution.
S C Rekhi, general secretary of the Forum conducted the proceedings of the programme while S K Jain, vice president presented vote of thanks.
