RAJOURI, May 6: Retired Police Personnel Forum ( Distt Unit Rajouri) today projected pending issued of retired cops during a meeting held here.
In a meeting of the Forum held today under the chairmanship of District president , Om Parkash Sharma, the members urged upon the Government to address the pending issues of the retired Police men. They demanded release of 7th Pay Commission recommendations, one rank one pension scheme for the former cops, 15 % reservation for the wards of the police cops, financial assistance to the economically backward retired cops, enhancement of Medical allowance from Rs 300 to Rs 3000 per month for the Govt employees and pensioners and so on. Later, they submitted a memorandum to the DGP through SSP Rajouri.
