UDHAMPUR, May 3: A renovated Gurdwara Sahib building was inaugurated by Mahant Manjit Singh at Gurudwara Sant Dev Kud Bazar, here today.
An impressive function was organised for inauguration of the Gurudwara premises, wherein a large number of sangat from Udhampur and Kud participated.
Mahant Manjit Singh appreciated efforts of the sangat of Kud for contributing in renovation of Gurudwara Sahib building which was under repair since 2010.
The Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee also thanked Mahant Sahib for his efforts in propagating the faith of Sikhism in the region.
After the inauguration, Mahant recalled the efforts of late Mahant Bachittar Singh in establishing the Gurdwara Sahib and thanked the locals for donating the land to Gurudwara Sahib.
