RAMNAGAR, Dec 21: J&K National Panthers Party has alleged that remote areas of Ramnagar constituency are being neglected by the present BJP-PDP regime.
An intensive tour of hilly areas including Amroh, Dheeran, Baryalta, Dhanwalt, Dhanu, Farole, Baland, Rang, Malti, Dalia, Incha, Kanala, Bari, Ladana, Surni, Badhole, Romain, Nagrota Panjgrain, Khail, Chanunta and other remote areas of tehsil Ramnagar was conducted by a delegation of Panthers Party comprising Shiv Dev Singh, Mansa Ram Dhoi, Pawan Dev Singh, Shiv Ram Sharma, Shanker Dass Sarpanch, Pushpinder Singh, Mobin Banday, Bodh Raj Sharma, Ashok Malkan and Narinder Singh to take stock of developmental works going on in the areas.
While speaking Shiv Dev Singh Provincial general secretary and spokesman of the party expressed deep resentment over the very miserable condition of the people living in such far- flung areas. He said the people of this area are totally deprived of the basic amenities of life like roads, drinking water facility, electricity, non-supply of ration, shortage of teaching staff in the schools and non-payment to MGNREGA employees.
It is very shocking that not even a single work under any scheme is going on in the areas, as a result the poor people have come to the verge of starvation. The existing roads are so deteriorated that the common people residing in such remote areas are compelled to collect amount from their own pockets for repairing so that the emergency cases of delivery and other serious patients can be taken to the nearest hospital for treatment.
