India scripted a new chapter in the history of space exploration with the successful launch of a record 104 Satellites by ISRO’s Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) in a single mission.
The successful launch by ISRO reveals the organisation’s growing competence and confidence in space technology. The launch will help us in reducing dependence on foreign countries for meeting our needs in space technology. Rather it has placed us in the group of elite countries who boast of having such a technology.
It will also give a boost to our missile technology for safeguarding our frontierers. India has slowly and steadily made a remarkable progress in space technology, and has earned world wide reputation and respect for the same. That is why more and more countries are coming forward to get their satellites launched by ISRO. We are quite proud of our scientific community, and they deserve appreciation for the same.
