JAMMU, Sept 23: T S Tony contesting candidate of National Conference from Suchetgarh distributed relief material and ration to the flood effected people of Badyal Brahmna in Suchetgarh and about 650 families were given ration kits.
The relief was brought by Vishaldeep Battu, president and Jagatdeep Singh vice president of Anti Corrutpion and Human Rights Protection Jammu. Tarseem Lal Sharma, Sarpanch of Badyal Brahmna was also present while distribution of the ration.
Tony assured the flood-hit people that due compensation of their losses and other relief material, ration etc which the State Government has announced will be given to them. They appealed to the revenue authorities that proper assessment of the losses to be made earliest so that the proper distribution of the relief material may also be made to the flood effected areas at their earliest.
