JAMMU, Jan 10 : Director Finance, School Education, Iftikhar Chouhan was today urged to release much delayed “Elementary Grant” so that teacher’s community can celebrate Lohri festival with full fervour and gaiety.
Jasmeet Singh Madaan, President, Teacher’s Welfare Association said that if the grant is released, then only we can get our salary on 12th January, because 13th will be holiday and 14th will be Sunday.
Many a times, it has been delayed in the past but this time there is undue delay.
T.W.A. urged once again to higher authorities at the helm of affairs to release the grants immediately so that the festive season can be celebrated by teacher’s fraternity with utmost fanfare.
