JAMMU, Mar 24: In-charge cadres of School Education Department have expressed resentment against authorities for not clearing regularization of Joint Directors and Chief Education Officers.
In a handout Amar Nath Thakur, State Chairman Education Employees Coordin-ation Committee said after long efforts State Administrative Council under Governor S.P Malik decided to regularize all In-charge officers (all backlog and fresh) as a onetime exemption. He further stated that General Administrative Department constituted a regularization committee and also created an HRM cell by sanctioning staff headed by Additional Secretary for the purpose.
“But it is a matter of concern that vigilance clearance, work and conduct are demand now from all those In-charge officers and lecturers who have expired and retired which is impossible at this stage,” he maintained demanding that all expired In-charge officers may be exempted from vigilance clearance for the purpose.
He also said that other In-charge officers and lecturers whose names are cleared by vigilance and have fulfilled all formalities must be cleared in the next meeting of regularization committee.
