Regularisation of employees

Sir,
The recent decision taken by the State Government in regularising hundreds of casual and quasi permanent  state employees is praiseworthy. These employees were for quite a long time demanding their permanent and regular status but almost all State Governments were making only promises and doing nothing on the ground.
Now that this long overdue decision has been taken, necessary formalities need to be speeded up so that these employees feel satisfied. At the same time, accountability can be fixed in matters of being responsive to the public expectations in attending to their day to day problems which they want to be resolved in the state offices. Transfers and retransfers need a transparent policy and neither the employees should arrange political  pressures nor any other influence in having choicest places to duty.
With rights there are duties as well to be respected as Government employee means a public servant irrespective of status or position.
Yours etc…..
