The recruitment policy during the previous Govt and enhancement of retirement age aggravated a phenomenon of acute unemployment to the extent that thousands and thousands unemployeds with fat degrees, both professional and academic, are in the State of sheer hopelessness, frustration and bewilderment what to do and where to go for livelihood. A State of confusion and desperation, as exists, needs a wise and healthy recruitment policy to absorb all such youths who are sweating in queues for employment. It is a tragedy of the time that the political parties in power generally remain engaged in party, politics and the problems of the masses remain unredressed. Regionalism, communalism and slur of corruption that prevails often retard justice towards the masses. Healthy initiatives and strong and unbiased political decisions can cultivate a hope of good governance and justice to all those suffering indescribably due to wrong policies of the previous Govts in the State.
