Media is the key pillar of democracy and for a vibrant and healthy democracy media houses must take up their responsibility. Media has contributed a lot in shaping democracy. Public opinion is build on the basis of news, discussion and debates brought in public. All the information published must be free from biases and any personal or political considerations. Media brings forth plans and policies of the Government. And at the same time provide platform for general public to raise their concern and demands, here lies the true essence. All media houses must take sense of responsibility to disseminate true information without fear and bias. That will be healthy for the society as well the democracy in the country. Recent trends of biases must stop.
