JAMMU, Jan 6: In reference to the news item, captioned ‘Govt launches biggest ever drive for recoveries of CCBL NPAs’, published in December 23 edition of this paper, the Reserve Bank of India clarified that it has not nominated its representative to the newly appointed Board of Administrators.
The said news item had mentioned that vide order, number 06 RCS/ B&F of 2016, dated 02-12-2016, Registrar Cooperative Societies, J&K, Jammu, appointed a Board of Administrators, comprising of ADC Jammu Arun Manhas as Administrator), Gh Mohi-ud-Din Kolay, Assistant Registrar of Registrar Cooperative Societies, J&K, Managing Director CCBL and a representative of the Regional Director RBI, Jammu, as Members.
However, the RBI, in its clarification, maintained that it has not nominated its representative to the said Board of Administrators.
